READ before you fill out
If you want to come in and adopt an animal, you need to have filled out a pre-adoption form and been approved. We DO NOT have dogs at our location as they are all in fosters.
Please understand that we get very many applications in within one day. They can take a week or two to process. You will be contacted through the email you record on the application.
You will be asked for a Vet reference. All we want is the vet office name and their phone number.
IF you do not have a vet at this time, please call around your area to different vets and find one that is accepting new patients. Let them know you plan to adopt a new animal and they will get you set up if they are accepting. Once that is done, you can come back to the form and put their information down.
We WILL NOT review any applications without a vet reference.
Dog and Puppy Adoption Fee: $300
Fully vetted: Spayed/Neutered, Microchipped, Heartworm Tested/Treated, Flea Treated, De-Wormed and all vaccinations to date
Dogs Graduated from PAWsitive Connections Program Adoption Fee: $400
Fully vetted: Spayed/Neutered, Microchipped, Heartworm Tested/Treated, Flea Treated, De-Wormed and all vaccinations to date
All basic commands training and potty training included
Cat/Kitten Adoption Fee: $70
Fully vetted: Spayed/Neutered, FIV/FELV Tested, Flea Treated, De-Wormed and all age appropriate vaccinations
