Volunteer information

If you would like to volunteer at the rescue, please visit us during our open hours and inform us of your intentions. Our open hours are from Tuesday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. 

 

We are happy to accommodate community service workers, but we have some additional requirements. Please call us in advance to inform us of your plans to come in for community service. Furthermore, you must arrive promptly at 8am.

DUTIES

  • Scooping out litter boxes

  • Changing out litter when needed

  • Feeding/watering animals

  • Sweeping/brushing off cat trees

  • Sweeping and mopping

  • Cleaning windows

  • Scrubbing walls/floors

  • Washing laundry

  • Washing dishes

  • Lifting 40lb+

  • Organizing things

  • Many other random things we feel need done around the rescue
